    Cup Pulls

    I have some cup pulls to install in some cabinet doors. They caliper out at 49/64" what size drill bit to drill the hole. I tried 3/4 which is the stated size of the cup pull but it seem like it is too tight to drive in.

    Suggestions on size of drill bit to use?

    19.5mm Forstner or sand the insert down to 3/4".

    And you could also get a machine shop or friendly CNC router operator to make you a template with a 19.5mm pattern hole and rout the holes with a small piloted router bit..?
