Bill Pentz Budget Blower really works

I finally finished installing the new cyclone blower today using the Bill Pentz Budget Blower design. Both the static pressure and the working pressure with a large blast gate open is double what it was for my old system which had a 1 1/2hp blower from my old Delta dust collector.

The first impeller wheel which I got from Sheldon Engineering had a wobble and some vibration. I contacted Sheldon and they sent me a replacement wheel which runs very well. I was pleased to see that Sheldon stands behind its products.
