Praying for you both, Bill. I know how hard it is to be the one waiting, too. Please update us on how Becky is doing when you are able.

You are both in our prayers. Let us know how Becky progresses.

Making sawdust regularly, occasionally a project is completed.
She's in a room now. Mostly sleeping. The doctor does not believe it was cancer, but we have to wait for lab report.
Thank you for your prayers and support.
More prayers for you and Becky.
Hoping for her to have a quick and uneventful recovery.

Little late to see this but never too late to pray for you both.

After a rough day yesterday she's doing amazingly well today. Thank you for your prayers.
That is wonderful to hear! We'll keep you in our prayers.

Will keep praying for a quick and complete healing.
Excellent! Will continue to pray for recovery. I am once again reminded and thankful that we live in a time and place where good doctors, medical technology and quality treatment is accessible - AND we have the resources to use it. From what I've personally seen of the world, many people have no hope of such care.

She got the ok to come home tomorrow. The prerequisite was a bowel movement. Got that.
Thank you all for your prayers. Her fast recovery is nothing short of a miracle. They got her up to walk Thursday and I noticed no difference in her walk. They had her going up and down stairs. It really kind of looked like she was dragging the 2 therapists.
Then yesterday had a setback when her IV broke out of the vein and before it was noticed her hand was swollen. Took her off all meds and she has gone since 3AM Thursday without any pain meds. Nothing. This is after having a portion of both small and large intestines removed and the ends sewed back together.
And she hadn't asked for any.
There's no explanation for all this but that the prayers of folks like you and others reached the ears of our God. Thank you, forum members and thank you Jesus.
