    Roman ogee bit size

    What is a good size of bit for 3/4 stock. The stock is maple size of the piece is 26 X 5 3/4 x 3/4. Thanks in advance.

    So you are creating a decorative edge detail? I would use a bit like this one from Infinity tools:
