spray booth set up and possible improvement?

After a few days of researching and testing/trying, here is my spray booth.

I will be using water based paint.

    the booth is 12' x 8' x 7' (3600mm x 2400mm x 2100mm) high

The plastic sheet is extremely thin and easily damaged, suggestion for alternatives?

I planned to use thin perspex sheet + the thin plastic sheet (inside the booth as disposable)

I designed the booth so it can be dismantled and put away in my enclosed trailer when not in use (small workshop)

    any improvement suggestion?

The fan is a 30 inch fan. The blade pitch was 28 deg, after checking with the manufacturer I changed the pitch to 4 deg based on the fan graph and air speed required in the booth...

Use xps extruded poly dtyrene foam or foil backed foam. Use hd velcro to stick it together.

Use a heavier grade of plastic and it won't damage easily. Greenhouse film is good for this. Cheers
