Finish Recommended for Beer Flight Holder

Making beer flight holders from pallet wood to be used at a brewery. So they will be wet with beer and rinsed/washed regularly. What finish do you recommend?

    Thank you

Waterlox original. 4 thin coats dried for at least 12 hours between.

Nothing will survive forever in that environment (its not just beer and wet, its beer, wet, acid sanitizer, sometimes caustic rinse, and heavy patron abuse), but I've seen 4 - 6 years before they start looking to shabby with WL original, and because it self burns in you can re-top coat it without doing anything other than sanding back the dings.

Taster trays were actually my "worst case test" for waterlox, I figured if it could make it there it could make it anywhere
