Exclamation Bill G's DVD is awesome!

Just finished watching the 1st third of this DVD and even though I don't even have my lathe yet, I have learned so much. At least I won't be a complete stranger when it arrives as I now know where the off/on switch is

I highly recommed that anyone who does not own a copy of this fantastic instructional DVD, go get it as soon as possible. Bill is a great teacher and an awesome host on film. I really look forward to coming home tomorrow evening and taking in another third and when I have completed it I will watch it several more times to make sure I pick up what went over my head the first few times being the newbie I am.

I couldn't agree more Bob. It is most informative and very well done. I am fairly new to turning, and I found it invaluable. Great information delivered perfectly, and rookies as well as seasoned turners can benefit greatly from Bill's instruction. Money VERY well spent!

I have one on the way from an online technical video rental service, which will remain nameless. I'm sure you could google and find it.
It will still be a few days, and now I'm really anxious to see it!
Mike Mahoney did the last one I saw, called "From Tree to Table". Covers cutting out the blank thru finished bowl. Very well filmed and produced. You might want to take a look at it as well.

For those of us who aren't familiar with this DVD, could you provide a link or title? I'm interested in something that I can watch while I'm in the shop (watch, pause, try it out, repeat).

    Thanks.
