    Finally pulled the trigger

    Good Morning!
Well finally ordered Laguna suv14, during woodcraft sale.
decided on that saw a few years ago and now just waiting on delivery.
    Question is... Blades.
I havent had a bandsaw in years, though of starting with 1/4" 6tooth
for general work but also looking at 1/2 3 tooth for some resawing,
if I understand right, timberwolf seems to have good reviews.
Any suggestions? it being a 14" saw I don't think a 3/4 or 1" saw would be able to be tensioned adequately
but I could be wrong, been many times before.
    any owners have suggestions?
    Regards
    Eric

Juts a hobby woodworker here. I have owned this saw for about 4 years and it's been great. I have used 1/8-1/2" general use blades from Infinity which have performed well. For resawing I have used 1/2" WoodSlicer and 3/4" carbide-tipped Lenox blades with good success.

I have this bandsaw I'm not too good with it, as far as setting it up. I had a real hard time figuring out how to set up guides.
The go to resawing blade is the Laguna resaw king. The saw will take 1" but I've heard people say use the 3/4 version of it, Im not sure they are talking directly about the SUV but thats what I have heard.
    So far I only have 3/8 4tpi

I'm using the 3/4" Resaw King on a Laguna 16 LT3000... works well.

I have a 14SE and have tried the 3/4" Resaw King, and just wasn't that impressed (although I know that's a minority opinion).

The Woodslicer (https://www.highlandwoodworking.com/...aw-blades.aspx) is a very good resaw blade, and inexpensive.
