    Here's my solution. I have several sets of chisels, some I don't use regularly. They end up in the drawers.

    Thanks Alan, Tod. This is my in between projects project. I'm hoping I'll be able to finish the bottom drawer front and put the crown moulding on it sometime this summer.

    dennis, you do realize that on a box of this caliber you must make the crown using only hand planes? and cut it with a human powered saw! tod

    I store my chisels in a simple rack I made from a piece of 2 X 6. I drilled holes into the side of a length of 2 X 6 to fit each chisel. Then I used some angled peg board hooks to attach the block to my wall which is covered in peg board. You can embed the pegboard hooks in the 2 X 6 near the top by drilling an 1/8" diameter jhole at an angle to match the angle of the hook. Slip the hook in and hang it on the wall.
