    Need a recommendation on an edge sander?

    Looking to buy an edge sander soon, the Powermatic model I wanted has been discontinued, like it to be oscillating, any one using one they like? Let me know

    I just bought the Jet oscilating edge sander,got it set up this weekend.Have not used it much seems to be a good machine.

    I'm in the market for one too. I am also bumbed that the PM is no longer available. Please let us know more about PM's replacement (Jet). I was leaning toward the General International (non oscillating). The next step up in quality is too big for my shop.

    I Got a Vega about 3 months ago. Non Occillating. 6x132. It runs great. It takes a lot of material off quickly. The dust ports adjust so you can do unlimited length pieces which is a big plus for me.
