Clayton 140 Sander Manual?

Does anyone have a manual for a Clayton 140 oscillating spindle sander or know where I can get a copy. I bought an old Clayton 140 that has not been used for a while and am wondering mainly about the oil inside. Oil level, oil type, should I change it, etc.

I have the model 146, but I don't remember seeing anything about checking, or adding oil. I'll take a look but it be long gone.

Vince, any luck finding the manual to your Clayton 146? I am striking out so far. It looks like the 146 is 140 look like the same sander only with different size drums.
