    More great service from LV

I pulled a padded envelope out of the mail today and wondered "what did I order"? After locating my specs I notice the return address is Lee Valley. Hmmm - I don't have anything on order from them. So I open it up to find a letter and a smaller envelope inside. The letter explains that since I recently purchased their jointer fence (actually it was free with the LV BU Jointer) they were sending me a new set screw. Seems the ones on the first units weren't entirely satisfactory so they were replacing them. That's what I call great customer service.

Without any doubt, in my experience, Lee Valley has the best customer service of any company in any business.

    I'm with Frank

I'm all in agreement on this one. Amazing company. My friend called them, and I guess they have several divisions. she found out that one of the divisions has something to do with medical supply so she changed all of that type of supplies over to lee valley because of their service they have given her on garden stuff.

    Go canada!
