10 in, 8 Tooth Rip Blade

Don't know about "smooth surface," but Delta does have a 10-tooth 10" rip blade (made by Leitz). The Delta model number is 35-610. There is also a 14-tooth 14" rip blade model 35-670.

You can go to the Tool Swap N'Sell Woodnet forum, do a search on user "XCESSTOOLING." He's been selling Leitz blades at ridiculously low prices. I bought enough blades from him I don't have to sharpen for the next 10 - 15 years.

I haven't heard of these being used as rip blades but have seen a 10" blade with 4 teeth that was referred to as a slot cutter. These were not advertised as being for ripping but for cutting deep, narrow slots on the tablesaw.
