40 dollars a sq foot for a windstorm engineered building?

I emailed one contractor a drawing of what i wanted just like he asked for. What i want is simple. Attach a 60x40 building next to my existing building 30x50 making it look like an L when done and sharing the same wall, no electrial, two doors on the front one on the backside.
