The ole bench had a lot of dried glue, shellac, and what not on it. It was high time to take advantage of a rainy day and clean her up a bit. It sure is satisfying to see and feel that scraper take off those whisper thin shavings!

It's good to start fresh like that for sure...
A lot of folks miss how useful and effective a well tuned scraper or three can be.

Looking good Bud. Was thinking the other day that the bench could probably use a refresh on the surface. I abused it a bit with a recent large project.
And using it as outfeed for the TS sure seems like a lot of sense. Hmm, I'm thinking maybe a little shop rearrangement might be on tap for this weekend... Thanks for the idea!
