To all the nice California Creekers

While not a UT Alum, I just wanted to say to all the nice creekers in California:

If I was a betting man, I'd say, sorry, just ain't gonna happen.

As a long-time USC hater, I really wish it would, but so it goes.

Besides, didn't you Houston folks win the "Bush Bowl"?

"Design"? Possibly. "Intelligent"? Sure doesn't look like it from this angle.

Basketball, actually...or at least that's what it may look like on the scoreboard.

Lee, it looks like a three pointer from the top of the key.

Thanks Jack, even though I'm not really a football fan. It seems to be almost a religion here and I've mostly gone in for individual sports. Guess I just march to a slightly different drummer.

Pretty much. Can't get too upset: I hate USC....but I can't get too excited either.

Well, looks like UT is the best college team in the country...I already knew it was the best team at any level in Texas.

(No, I'm not a Cowboy fan...why do you ask?)

Think you guys have it bad. The ownership of my company and 6 of the 10 most senior guys went to SC and also went to the game.

And I have to go to work tomorrow...sheesh, a tackle here, a tackle there...
