I prefer the used look myself. I could never work on Derek's bench, he'd kill me. I've never been protective of it in the least and I've never oiled or put any kind of finish it it intentionally :-)

Had to clear out a spot in front of the Tool Cabinet...was a bit overflowing with...stuff..

I might see what I could place there...and still allow the doors to swing open....and prevent it from filling back up again...
