    To clarify, the snipe on my machine could probably be minimized if I bothered to adjust the infeed/outfeed rollers.

    I have a 25 with the helical head. The snipe is .01" or less. Plenty of power, always does what I ask of it.

    That's the one that is for sale in my area. 2+ hours away though. 7-1/2 hp Leeson I think. Just no way will I pay new price for a used machine. No worries John it won't happen. I did reach out to Woodmaster and they do have a couple demo machines on site that I can see operate if I decide to pursue it further.
