I have been using Highland Hardware woodturner bandsaw blades for quite a while. Yesterday I went on their site to order three more. They were out of stock, so I ordered a similar blade, but not exactly what I wanted. I added a note in the remarks section asking them to email me when they had woodturner blades back in sock. An hour or so later I received an email that they did have blades. I responded with a request to change my order. We did it all in a manner of minutes over email and I didn't have to reorder or give them my credit card again etc. Very pleasant people to work with and I like the product. I didn't give them a bad time about updating their online ordering system, but I assume it would be updated today as they just received the new blades.
