    Check out Fastcap, they have a few videos on using their Krazen Foam and techniquies.

    Thank you.... that hot knife is pretty cool (HAHA). Really, tho', it is.
    Thinking I might make the Wire foam cutter (linked in Wayne's post) AND get this Kaizan hot knife.
    I can see separate uses for each but also complementary use.

    Years ago I built and used something very similar to this. A piece of NiChrome wire into a Variac. It cut great, as long as I fed the material into it smoothly (freehand, for me, was a lot of wibbly wobbly as I recall...)
