Epilog HELIX 40w 24x18 control panel PROBLEM!

Hello everyone!
I have an issue with my control panel on my Mini Helix 40W!
the button on the control panel for the "UP" command just stopped working!

My machine is 15 years old, so there is no warranty!
I called one repair man who is an expert in electronics, he found that the one of the line on PCB have broke, he tried to bypass it and it worked for literally couple of hours but now its the same thing.

So i wanted to ask if anyone knows where I can order another control panel or if someone know somebody who is selling one there in US because in my country its impossible to find anything like that!

I also would need a honeycomb table? Did anyone of you maybe made one or ill have to buy it? ( i saw somewhere here that its possible to make, but again, here is impossible due to lack of that material and especially in those measurements / for example i found honeycomb aluminum structure but it is too high and i cant find exact height for my Epilog)

Your best bet is to contact Epilog USA directly or look on eBay. My guess is anyone with a board, its in a machine and working.

If a broken trace was the problem, it should be easily soldered or even jumped (bypassed as you said)
You said someone did repair it and it lasted a few hours. Either the repair (soldering) was not performed well,, or for some reason the button circuit is carrying more current than it should.

I would have someone else re-solder it before spend $$$ on a new board.

Ditto what everyone said about the 'UP' problem--

as to 'need a honeycomb table', NO. Only my Chinese Triumph has a honeycomb table. Good for cutting, but my 2 Gravograph's and GCC Explorer lasers all have solid aluminum tables...

I experienced a similar issue where my helix 75watt lost both the ability to move the table up, but also to reset. Lived with it like that for a couple of months and moved the table up by hand pulling on the belt below the bed. Had to cycle the power to get it to reset. After a couple months it magically disappeared. So I'm waiting for it to totally crap-out and any insight into repairs would be welcome.

As for a honeycomb table, I purchased a replacement for my mini-18 off Amazon. Thickness was a little off, but not enough to raise the rulers any.
