Anybody here ever turn this wood? I can't find anything online good or bad. Somebody gave me some pieces and I'm going to try some bowls. Will post pics in about a year if any turn out OK.

It is not in Slivics. What I see on the web about Amur Cork Tree makes me want some leaves and bark for various senior developments. Wikipedia would benefit from an image of the wood. A wood sample collector that posts on the Wood Data Base has some. Most states consider it a noxious weed.
