    5:30 for me whether I need to or not! I just can't sleep much past then

    Man....!!!! I'd be breaking that habit for sure!!!!! I can hang to about 3AM but after that? I've gotta hit the rack. I am NOT an early morning person.

    I get up early on if I'm going to get paid...either money or some other personal satisfaction. I get up at 5:30 most mornings for work But I have no problem breaking that habit on the weekends!
