    I don't have the space for a permanent miter station so I did this

    I'm using a Rigid shop vac , plumbed w/ 2.5" clear pipe . Split that w/ a wye to under the saw and the dust port on the saw . A shop made shroud fits under the saw to aid that half , and a better shroud was fabricated for behind the blade . I-Vac switch turns it on/off . Overall , I give it a B+ .

    I think I might look into something like Chris did. Big issue is my Dewalt is the earlier vertical stacked rod 12", and IIRC, it's 42 inches deep. Being able to push the whole thing back against the wall with the head cocked at 45deg would save a bunch of space.
