Powermatic 1250 air cleaner for lathe dust

I’ve been wondering if the PM 1250 if placed behind a lathe would have sufficient air flow to significantly decrease the small dust particles that turning dry wood creates. I’m not concerned about the large shavings etc. just Small stuff. Anyone have experience with this cleaner?

Inhaling large curls would be impossible, LOL. An air cleaner is not a dust collector. Filters will plug up quickly if placed right at the dust source.
