The T-12 does not have a "Made in USA" behind the front knob...all 4 do have "BAILEY" out in front of the knobs..

Rear decks all have the plane's size cast into them....No. 5....
    Attachment 504686
Small wheel, and 3 patent dates...has the tall knob out in front, flat footed. No ring, so no tapered end...It is also missing it's lateral lever...not a biggie..

Eric Brown: Come on up Saturday....and bring a plane or two....might be cheaper than the postage both ways?
Sorry Steven, can't make it. Already had plans. Please send me your address by private message. Thanks.

I don't think this is a Sargent made plane. Lateral adjuster is wrong. It may be a Union instead. Note that some later Unions had Stanley casings for the body and frog, and then Union put on the rest of the hardware, including the lateral adjuster. There were a few other companies that made "Fulton" planes, but I don't think this is one of them.

    Type 3 Sargent Frog..
    Rusty #410 Rehab, Frog Face.JPG
Underside of lever cap...has both a 418 and a 422 number....so this would have been a #410c....Iron seems to say Fulton Waarnted...
Depth adjuster...while it is Brass, it also has a steel insert for the Right hand threads...
    Rusty #410 Rehab, Rear view.JPG
Front knob has a bead milled around the bottom...

Yep, made by Sargent, sold at a Sears store as a Fulton Brand plane.....The No. 410c is the same size as My Stanley No. 4-1/2c, Type 11.
    Base casting..
Rusty #410 Rehab, New Paint, new handle.JPG
    Also a Sargent....

I stand corrected. Looking at my Sargent book by Don Wilwol, this was an earlier type. Just after this they started to fold the lateral adjuster into a U shape. Good job. Interested in selling it? Maybe trade?
