Nice work Stan. I am still acclimating to the new software but it works great so far.

Good demonstration of this process. But would scanning/photographing and converting to a vector be easier? I have limited experience in this but what I have done is either input a vector or create a vector out of an image and with such a clean image to start from it seems like that would be an easier path.

its possible , this is the method I use and i have traced out full sized boats
my drawing boards can be 25 foot long
and the tracing is quick
