    MM16 Bandsaw

MM16 Italian Bandsaw. I have loved this bandsaw. I switched the Euro guides out for the Carter guides, but I still have the original guides if that is what you would like. I created a nice dust collection attachment that grabs the dust right at the blade. It works well, and I will throw in the ducting that I made for it. I have the mobility kit that will come with it as well. I have not found a project yet that I have been limited in its use. Below are the specs and the inventory that I have for it. I hope that it finds a wonderful home.

3.6 hp, 220, single phase motor
    14” resaw capacity
    Table is 24.5” wide x 17.75” deep
    Total height 74”

    1/4” blades (x2)
    1/2” blades (x3)
    1” blades (x4)

I am asking $2,500 for it, and I am open for offers. Have a blessed day and thank you for looking.

Todd, I have this same saw and am curious if you found the Carter guides to be a significant improvement?

    Sam,
I think both are good. The Carter guides have stayed on there because they were easier to understand at the time - meaning more information on the internet about how to set them up. The Euro guides are faster to adjust and work great as well. I will conclude by saying that I am undecided if they are significantly better, but they both work great. It is quite an expense for the Carter guides.

That's a good bandsaw. What are you replacing it with?

    Hey Jay,
I don’t think so. If I can’t sell the whole package, I will just keep the bandsaw as a second one. I would probably wish I still had them someday.
