    Thanks guy for the great input. I cut all my 1.5" stock this weekend without touching my slider. Jointer, bandsaw and then through the shaper yielded really nice results.
    A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. My desk is a work station.

    Unless you have built beaded frames with a fixed notch width, you don't realize how critical the width is. I use 1.618 and 2.000 for my frames. Anything more than a -.000 or +.005 starts to become problematic.
