A good brand (other than Starrett) is PEC. I used to find PEC blems on eBay for a very reasonable price. I have several of their blem squares and they're all good.
Mitutoyo is also good but expensive. iGaging is not as good as the PEC but it's not terrible.

Taylor Tools has PEC blems for sale. They come in and out of stock, but the deals are good.
