    Blue Wind Tool?

While I have been known to send a "Blue Streak" up out of the shop, from time to time..this is the first I have seen..
Blue wind Tools, Short & fat.JPG
And the logo on the handle does say BLUE WIND..unable to make out the second line in the logo..
For an idea of the size of this thing..

Skinny one with the "Handi-Grip" Is a Stanley SW 6" version

Blue Wind is shorter and fatter...and.
    Blue wind tools, different slots.JPG
The slots are different sized..as is the locking levers..Both blades are "blued" steel.

Figured for $3, was worth picking....

Thinking this might have been made for a Hardware store Chain...but...by which maker?

What I can make out of that second line below BLUE WIND

    T H S M CO.

Ring any bells? Which maker attached the Brass at the clamp end on the handle with 4 Brass, slotted head screws? Yet, used just a single steel pin to hold the 2 brass plates to the "butt" end of the handle? Blade has been "blued" , but no logo stamped into it?

    Hmmm?
