One of my equipment dealers said that one "upscale" Seattle suburb makes shops get EPA permit for each dust collector (including portables).

JR, have any idea which suburb.

PS - I found a guy selling a whole shop's worth of Nordfab for less than dealer cost. The decision becomes a no-brainer at that point - cheap and fast. Food on table!
