Cut a few things at my shop and took it home cut some more and built it in one day..

I like those splayed legs, Jack. The mitered frame around the top looks great, too, but I fear you're going to have problems with the top down the road.

I won’t have problems, maybe the daughter with it. She says everything is temporary till the next thing. I told her to put a gap around it, but she said no.,

If the wood is a little wet it may gap itself.

Like those splayed legs and the finish works well with the flooring. Similar but not too matchy-matchy. Well done.
