What do you call those things?

I have a job coming up that I could use some of those fasteners that look like two washers overlapped. You bore a shallow hole and screw one end in and screw the other end to whatever and it allows the piece to move. Used under wood tops. Can't think of what they are called and my searches have not come up with them.
