    MC 908 Lathe?

I'm researching an older Sher MC 908 lathe on behalf of a student for possible purchase. From what I can ascertain, they were sold by Craft Supplies and are a lightweight frame. Anyone own one? Can you send me a photo or two and fill me in on the details? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Edit: My elderly student gave me incorrect information so this has been corrected. He originally called it a "980" which would explain why I could find no mention of it on the internet.

Don't know much. But never heard of a lathe made by Sher. I know there was a Woodfast MC908. Here's an old thread about the Woodfast model
