SYNRAD LASER J48 2 TROUBLESHOOTING AIR COOLED | Camtech laser master machine

Hello,

Our synrad laser tube is shutting down when engraving big image files ( ex: stones with 90x65cm where the image fills all the stone). The problem does not always happen.

When it does, RED AND GREEN LIGHTS SHUTT DOWN SUDDENLY.

Laser is from 2019 and fully loaded/checked 3 months ago.

.no heating problem,
.no power supply/voltage problem.
.All the wiring and fuse seems to be good.

Anyone had the same issue? Could this be caused by computer software?

The problem was in the wiring connecting the power suply to the laser tube. ( Black and Red wires where damaged after 22 years of movements).

We had to replace it for new ones and the problem was solved.
