Yesterday I called Harvey customer service to ask the size of the arbor nut for my Alpha table saw. I was interested in possibly ordering the WP dado nut that was on sale but needed to make sure it would fit (WP one is 5/8-12). I called them at 4:20 pm (est) and was told he didn’t have that information but would make a call and get back to me. 40 minutes later, I got the info, including a picture of their check gauge that shows the size !

Hard to complain about that service !
