This is an old tire made of a a very shiny plastic-type material. It is very slightly stretchy, and I was able to get it off the wheel without damaging it. No visible wear, but there are some blurry looking spots in a few places around the circle, which I think are original to it. I put new urethane tires on, but thought this might be of interest to someone who has one of these saws with these original tires and needs a spare or a replacement.
