This saw has been my "big" saw for the last 2+ years. Prior to that it was in a school near Syracuse. The lower shaft has some damage to one journal from a spun bearing, so the saw vibrates a bit, and the blade will sometimes pulse forward and back 1/8" or so when not cutting. When cutting it stays put in the usual way. The price reflects the damage. The saw has a 1 HP Baldor motor, currently set up to run on 115v. There is a toggle switch on the side below the table. The blue urethane tires are fairly new as is the 1/2" 3 TPI blade currently installed. I have been using this saw to build musical instruments right up till Sunday the 14th. The lamp and plinth are optional, you can take them or leave them. I will sell the saw for $300.
The Kreg rip fence works well, but has a bit of damage by the blade. This does not affect its function but it doesn't look nice. When the fence rail is in place the lower door can't be opened. It is only two bolts to remove the fence rail. I will sell the fence for $100. Shipping will probably be $15-30 depending on where you are, send zip for quote.
I have 8 brand new 1/2" x 133" 3 TPI positive claw TimberWolf blades, bought last July. The one on the saw is also fairly new and still quite sharp. These blades were $31 and change plus shipping. I will sell them for $25 each, or $20 each ($160 total) if you buy them all. Shipping will depend, send zip for quote.
