So who can post stickies, moderators only or any one?
The means by which an end is reached must exemplify the value of the end itself.

Zahid, currently it's only a function of the individual forum moderator, Ken as a Super Moderator and the Administrators, Aaron & Keith. If you believe you have something of value, which would be more advantageous to have as a "sticky" on a certain forum, drop a PM to that forum's moderator for consideration.
