Plans for rotating top cabinet

I need to make a rotating top cabinet for my belt sander and scroll saw. One on top and the other below it, pull a pin and rotate to the next tool. Does anyone have any plans for such an item?

I did buy the plans, but ended up modifying them.

It works very well - I finally mounted two grinders on the one side, my planer is on the other.
