what to you use for a top coat finish on kitchen cabinets?
I'm thinking about a general finish water base stain.

Lacquer mainly. Do use some water based poly for bath cabinets.
Target Coatings USL.

The most expensive tool is the one you buy "cheaply" and often...
Can you spray or do you brush or wipe-on?
Howie.........
I like to brush or wipe on finishes. I've sprayed on water based poly before.
Mike
Sprays easy. Just use light coats. Lay everything you can down flat.
Agree...and I like to spray the interior surfaces before assembling the cabinets. It requires a little more time due to masking glue surfaces, but the end results are easier to achieve without spraying uneven or getting finish in the face!Originally Posted by Steve Clardy
