New Extreme Birdhouse # 16

Hi everyone , here is another extreme birdhouse i am working on now.It is over 5 ft high and 5 1/2 ft wide and has over 90 single homes.
It is made from 120 yr old barn board that was on my fire pit.
the roof will be done in steel with wood dormers.

Nice! What does that thing weigh? How will you mount it? Do you have provisions for cleaning out old nests? Love to see it when it's done and mounted!

Thank you gentlemen.
They actually are not as heavy as they look.
This house will weigh about 180- 200 lbs when it is finished. there are 2 ways to clean them. i have a tool that can go through the holes and pull the nest out .
On the smaller houses the roof comes off and all the walls can be removed and put back in less then 10 minutes.
I use a farm tractor to mount them . It takes about an hour to mount one after the post is in.
