Great score Matt. I have the same model except mine is a Rockwell/Delta. You will be pleased. If you have any questions feel free to pm me and I'll try and help. I bought mine on ebay as well except I had to drive 1100 miles to pick mine up

This one is on the north side of Indianapolis, so its only 3-1/2 to 4 hours away.
Got a little work cut out for yourself Matt, but looks like a fun and rewarding project.
Nice score and I look forward to progress pictures as you bring it to life.
WOW, great score! Looks like a winner.
Oh, and the "mind the gap" comment brought a laugh!

I'll try to remember to stop and take pictures during the restoration. Its hard to remember some times in the excitement to get stuff done.
I got a few more details from the seller. The motor is 3/4 HP which is probably a little light, so I'll have to keep an eye out for an eventual replacement. He think he has a faceplate for it. I'll know more on Friday afternoon when I pick it up.
Nice haul Matt. Can't wait to see pictures as the overhaul goes.

Never put off until tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.

Matt, take lots of pics, to document the process, but also so you can figure out where that little widget went, and which was the top of the widget...........yes, I'm speaking from experiance here (mainly motorcycles) the before pics and the during pics can be REAL lifesavers!!
Cheers!
nice score matt!

Matt, that's a darned good deal - the swing arm on the banjo alone is worth $75-$100. RE: the gap - Delta made a filler piece that bolted in and eliminated the gap. I've yet to see one for sale, even on Ebay, but if you're lucky you might find one. I do know somebody that is working on producing reproductions of that piece as well as many other old Delta parts, so if you're interested and willing to wait, it's an issue you can deal with. Finally, I may have a motor laying around that will work for you - ask me at the meeting tomorrow.
Thanks Dave! I already was planning on talking to you and Steve tomorrow for advise. This is pretty similar to yours, isn't it?
