Thanks Zack!!!!!!! What a great picture!!!

Thanks to all that attended. Total was around 30 from 7 states. Several were not present for the group photo, but I believe that everyone that was there got a picture taken of them one way or the other. If you have pictures, please email them to Ken. He will be putting together a compilation of pics of the BBq on his site.

We really enjoy putting these deals on. It is always great to see our old friends and make new ones. Thanks especially to Terry Quiram, Bob Lasley, Dennis Peacock, David Rose and of course to Ken Salisbury for helping out with the demo's.

As Dennis said, we are already planning next year....I can't wait!!!

    The pictures should go futher......

....part of the fun was seeing the guys in person and compare them to their avatars. And from the pics Zack posted, everybody should upgrade their avitars. Immediatly, if not sooner. The camera can be very unflattering at times. In this case, all the avatars of the guys at the BBQ need updating. I'll bet this is the first time many of you saw Ken the way he actually looks. Scary, huh??? Zacks shots are superb. He once offered to do "your" avitar. I'd contact him and take him up on it. Great job, Z, just great.

    Central States BBQ

Great job on the pictures Zack. Thanks for posting them. And yes, a goodtime was had by all. It was great to see old friends and to make new ones. The food was just great. Cheryl's Brisket is the best. I got my share again this year and maybe someone else's too. Thanks Terry and Cheryl for a great weekend.

Thanks to all who did the demostrations. There were some really neat tools. Don't think I would ever have the patience to do the fancy scrollwork that Terry Q. does. Really beautiful work. I did buy Ken's jet 1236 lathe that he had for sale. Now for a trip to Huntsville Thurs to pick it up.

I did manage to get home in time Sunday to see the Tennessee Titans squeak by Okland. Thanks again Terry and Cheryl. Looking forward to next year.
