    Ron, the segmented assembly was explained on the magazine Woodtuning by Eli Avisera.
    What I find original is to use the technique to make such a nice table.

    I would love to see the pattern at the end of the legs to see the layout of the differant pieces/colors. Did you take a picture of that?
