I bought Katherine a Jet mini at Woodcraft on sale for $199 to replace the Rigid I bought her three years ago. I bought the Rigid without knowing its shortcomings and she has been reluctant to use it because it doesn't work like the Jet she takes classes on at woodcraft. Hopefully this will be a better experience for her.
