    Small aspen Bowl

I obtained a few pieces of aspen from a fellow turner. I was demoing turning at a craft fair on saturday and turned down a piece. Yesterday I finished the bottom and started putting some finish on it, It still needs more sanding and a few more coats but I figured I'd post some pics. Aspen is not fun to turn> No curls just powder..but the figure is amazing.

Don that is a nice looking bowl. You are right it does have some nice grain to it. Nice job Don.
