spring hand clamp replacement pads?

this may sound silly, but I was wondering if anyone knows of a place that sells replacement pads for spring hand clamps. Like these:

I have a ton of em, and many of the pads have been worn through and need replacing - several different brands but they're all about the same size...

I'm considering rubberizing them with a rubber handle dipping product, but before i go that route, i'd like to try and find actual replacement pads. Anyone know?
