Help With Lingerie Chest Plans American Furniture

Guys I desparately need help with the Lingerie Chest plans from American Furniture Design. I am stuck on the part where I have to mill dadoes on the stiles. I can't figure it out and these plans and instructions are terrible. I need a Pen Pal who has completed this project. Any help will be appreciated.
